Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Engineer – Full Stack Java to design, develop, and lead scalable web applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Guide developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding best practices
• Design microservices, database solutions, and system integrations
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams
• Troubleshoot performance, security, and production issues
• Support CI/CD, cloud deployment, and Agile development processes
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to architecture decisions

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or equivalent frontend technologies
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack Java development
