Role Overview

We are looking for a Windows L1 Engineer to provide first-level technical support, monitor IT systems, and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications
• Perform basic Active Directory tasks, user account management, and password resets
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, email, and Microsoft 365 issues
• Monitor system alerts, antivirus, backups, and infrastructure health
• Log and track incidents using ITSM/ticketing tools
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and maintain support documentation

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Familiarity with ticketing tools, antivirus, remote-support tools, and basic troubleshooting
• Good communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Windows or desktop support
