Skills (Must have)

  1. Good communication skills and be able to work with several groups on assigned projects both regional and global Skills.
  2. Knowledge in Advanced Administration of Windows Active Directory, Exchange Server and with a good understanding of Monitoring, Reporting.
  3. Integration with different technologies and Exchange Server Migration activities.
  4. Working Knowledge of Windows server, Software, service pack installation, troubleshoot various server related issues, troubleshoot, etc.
  5. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex enterprise-level issues and outages.
  6. Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting to run and understand scripts to modify and other administrative functions.
  7. Troubleshooting and Configuration of O365, Exchange, and Active Directory.
  8. Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, VMWare, Hardware, and Networks.
  9. Interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  10. Good operations knowledge with ITIL process knowledge.
  11. Basic Knowledge in Linux, Networking, and Security.
  12. Over seven years of experience preferred.

Work Description/ Responsibilities

  1. Analysing, investigating, and identifying the root cause of complex customer issues, and communicating findings to appropriate groups for resolution. Resolving issues that do not require escalation
  2. Reviewing workflow tickets
  3. Maintain goals & accountabilities for direct reports and provide reporting on performance
  4. Work with international teams to keep processes aligned to achieve customer service excellence
  5. created and ensuring issues are properly addressed.
  6. Monitoring and reporting status of tickets to respective internal/external customers and interested parties
  7. Responding to alerts promptly and escalate issues when necessary
  8. Participating in Research and Development activity as needed to progress new or improved products, processes, or formulas
  9. Oversee a team of Site Reliability Engineers and make sure processes and responsibilities are being adhered to.
  10. Mentor and grow a team of support engineers to develop their technical and soft skills
  11. Take up the responsibility of the entire Project.
  12. Carefully analyse the project and rectify the errors found in the process.
  13. Undergoing the process of analysis to fulfil the requirement of system-wide.
  14. Communicate effectively with others both on a technical level and on a business level  Team player and ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a high paced and energetic environment.
