Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and vendors
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to quality, governance, Agile, or waterfall methodologies
- Lead project reviews, change management, and resource planning
- Maintain project plans, documentation, RAID logs, and performance reports
- Drive issue resolution and ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or technology projects
Preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- Experience with cloud, infrastructure, software development, or digital-transformation projects
- Strong understanding of governance, KPIs, SLAs, and delivery processes
