Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and quality across business and technology processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or similar tools
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, testing, monitoring, and operational workflows
• Build and maintain scripts, tools, APIs, and automation frameworks
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and ITSM tools
• Identify repetitive processes and recommend automation opportunities
• Troubleshoot automation failures and improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, QA, and security teams
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and automation standards
• Mentor junior engineers and support continuous process improvement

Required Skills

• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent
• Experience with APIs, databases, Git, CI/CD, and automation frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Linux/Windows systems, networking, and monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in automation, DevOps, system engineering, or software development

Preferred

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes is preferred
