Role Overview

Work in a 24×7 production-support environment, monitoring systems, responding to alerts and incidents, troubleshooting issues, supporting deployments and change-management activities, and improving operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a rotating 24×7 shift schedule
• Monitor systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk
• Respond to alerts and production incidents as a first responder
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with subject-matter experts, and escalate when needed
• Support application deployments and change-management activities
• Follow SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, runbooks, and incident-management procedures
• Analyze incidents, prepare shift reports, and identify recurring problems
• Improve documentation, automation, configuration management, and operational workflows
• Mentor junior team members and communicate clearly during high-severity incidents

Educational Qualifications

• B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. Computers, BCA, or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in reliability operations, cloud support, SaaS operations, or a similar 24×7 production-support environment
