Role Overview

We are looking for an Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to improve the availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of applications and infrastructure through automation, monitoring, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application and infrastructure health, availability, and performance
• Support production systems, incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• Build and maintain automation for deployments, operations, and routine tasks
• Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and configuration tools
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and service-level objectives
• Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system scalability and resilience
• Participate in on-call support and post-incident reviews
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams
• Maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and operational procedures

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux, cloud platforms, networking, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Python/Bash, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, incident management, and high availability
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure engineering

Preferred

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of SLI/SLO/SLA concepts, capacity planning, and disaster recovery
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL processes
