Role Overview

We are looking for an L1 System Engineer to provide first-level support, monitor IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network connectivity
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems and basic Linux environments
• Monitor system alerts, backups, antivirus, and network health
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, user-access, and connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks
• Log, track, and resolve incidents through the IT ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and maintain support documentation

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows, basic Linux, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, antivirus, and ticketing tools
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in system or IT support
