Role Overview

We are looking for a System Operations Associate – L1 to monitor IT systems, provide first-level support, resolve routine issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, applications, backups, alerts, and system health
• Provide L1 support for basic hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
• Perform routine checks, job monitoring, password resets, and user support
• Troubleshoot basic Windows/Linux, network, DNS, and VPN issues
• Log and track incidents using ITSM/ticketing tools
• Follow SOPs, escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams, and maintain documentation
• Support patching, antivirus, asset tracking, and operational activities

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Good communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-service skills

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, system support, or service desk support
